Pharmaceutical Consultants, Surgeons and Managers – Top Careers in the Health Care Industry

The health care industry is a vast and divergent sector providing careers in a number of different areas. For those of you that want to help people but don’t cannot stomach the idea of bleeding and broken patients, office based roles are perfect. Of course, you could always become a practitioner but that requires years and years of study, although if it is something you really want to do, this will be an enjoyable time. And if you want to be involved in health care but don’t fancy being a direct employee of the NHS, you could become a consultant for an independent firm.

Public relations with the NHS are never dull, that is for sure. Faced with numerous success stories as well as failings, professionals responsible for publicising stories to the public have an exciting career and a host of rewarding possibilities. There is the chance to deal with the media and government officials as well as interacting with other NHS staff.

Whilst public relations in any sector can be a high pressure career choice, for those who like to get the best out of themselves and any situation, it is a worthwhile choice to make.

Doctors, nurses, pharmacists and every other health care professional go into their jobs because they want to help people and feel satisfaction out of doing this. Whilst the hours can be long and mistakes can mean life or death, the main benefit is knowing that they change patient’s lives for the better every day. They are the people that can give a family more time together, injured soldiers the chance to walk again, and young children their lives back. There is a huge choice when it comes to working as a health care professional. You could be a doctor, a nurse, a midwife, a pharmacist, a lab technician and so much more.

Consultants are vital to the smooth running of any hospital, doctors surgery or community pharmacy. They are often the middle man between government and the places where laws and regulations actually get implemented. A Pharmaceutical consultant can teach every member of staff about new drugs on the market, the results of intensive research into side effects or best practices, and they can also help a hospital to get the most out of its money by improving processes whilst marinating health and safety. Pharmaceutical consultants normally work for an independent firm or they can be ex-practitioners who work with their old place of work on a regular basis. They have the pleasure of knowing that what they teach to others has a direct impact on patient experience and safety.

These are just a few of the careers available in the health care sector. For more, you can look in national papers and on the NHS’s website for information how to get into various careers and the qualifications needed. Whatever route you choose to take, a career in health care is rewarding for anyone that wants to help people.

RM5000 MIN TO RM8000 MAX General : Only For Malaysian …

Dear fellow pharmacists,

Are you…

Sick and tired of having a boss telling you what to do? and monitoring your every move?
Sick of having to ask permission/time off to go out for personal errands?
Sick of being told “No, you can’t take leave, we’re too busy”?
Wanna be your own boss instead?
You’ve come to the right place!
I’m a Malaysian pharmacist too and I’ve just quit my job and joined as a Cosway Pharmacist. Honestly speaking, where else can we own our own Pharmacy with very minimal investment, but still enjoy a 50% profit sharing scheme? On top of that, we’ll also enjoy a guaranteed monthly income scheme? Plus, we’ll be given many free downlines without us doing any recruiting! We can even choose an outlet near our house!

Sounds too good to be true right? But it is!

If you are a Malaysian registered pharmacist (and pass the Cosway interview selection process), you can choose to open your free eCosway pharmacy almost anywhere in Malaysia (tip: choose somewhere near your house), and you don’t need to pay any franchising fee, down payment, shoplot rental, renovation fees, electricity bills, drug stocks, inventory, IT system and support etc. But you’ll still enjoy 50% of the gross profits from drugs and OTC sales. You don’t even have to source for products as all inventory is centrally purchased by the Cosway headquarters and placed in your pharmacy on a consignment basis. You just click your order on the computerized system that you’re provided, and they’ll deliver it right to your shop twice a week! So senang right? You can even click “re-order this week’s sales” as a shortcut. Therefore you don’t have to worry about the cash flow and negotiating prices with the sales representatives etc. The whole ordering system is centralized. No retail experience is necessary because full training is provided. (If you already own an independent pharmacy, it’s even better. You can choose to convert your independent pharmacy into a Cosway Pharmacy, and own the whole Cosway store + Pharmacy store. Cosway will pay the monthly rentals, electricity, stocks & inventory, aircond maintenance fee, lightbulbs etc. Cosway will also pay you a Goodwill fee for you to convert. For more information, feel free to drop me an email at pharmacistjobsinmalaysia@ gmail.com )

The best part of this partnership with Cosway is: you’ll be getting half of all new Cosway members as your downlines automatically. This means you don’t need to recruit them, but they will be signed up as your downlines and therefore you’ll be earning network profits as well (from your network of downlines). The whole reason you’ll wanna join as a Cosway Pharmacist is to build up your network like this, and therefore build up your passive income stream. When your network grows over time, you will get more passive income over the years.
As a Cosway Pharmacist, you’ll be getting 2 types of income. Active and Passive. The active part comes from your 50% gross profit of drugs and OTC. The passive part comes from your network (half of all new members will be assigned to you as your downlines in your network). The active income (50% gross profit) will stop once you stop working actively as a cosway pharmacist after you quit. But, your passive network income will continue as long as you continue to be a Cosway member. The guaranteed income scheme (minimum guarantee of RM5000, maximum of RM8000) only kicks in if your active +passive income for that month falls below the guaranteed amount. If it’s more than the guaranteed amount, you are entitled to take the whole amount you’ve earned that month. Look at it this way, at your previous job, maybe you’re getting RM6000 per month, that is the maximum you’ll get per month. But as a Cosway pharmacist, RM6000 is the minimum you’ll get per month! There is no limit to your earnings as it is not capped. So the more your 50% gross profit, or the more your network income, the better for you!

The Cosway Pharmacist’s guaranteed income is calculated as below:
(Basic Income + 12% OR 13%) + Other Fix Allowances
- If Basic Income is
- If Basic Income is > RM 5000: Cosway will add 12% to the Basic Income figure, followed by adding the Other Fix Allowances figure
- The minimum of RM 5000 and maximum of RM 8000 still applies
*Latest update (awaiting finalized guidelines to be published by Lembaga Farmasi Malaysia)… Every year, Cosway HQ will allocate 2 Pre-Registered Pharmacists (PRP) to each Cosway Pharmacy store to work under the Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) for a period of 1 year. The PRPs will be paid for by Cosway HQ, not by the FRP. This also means we as FRPs will get 2 free pharmacist assistants, making a total of 3 pharmacists per Cosway Pharmacy. Working hours will therefore be much more flexible! These 2 PRPs will also be given to the FRP as downlines. Upon completion and passing their PRP year, these 2 PRPs will then be entitled to open their own Cosway Pharmacy Store (the whole store, provided they qualify by getting sales of 1000e$ in that 1st year). If they do not qualify, they can still own the pharmacy section of a new Cosway Pharmacy Store but not the whole store. Whichever way, they will also be getting 2 PRPs each every year, who will also be signed up as their downlines. It’s a cycle…..Therefore, year to year, our network will be growing exponentially! And this is the minimum you will get, I’m sure along the way you will also recommend your friends to join as a Cosway Pharmacist too!
Honestly, this network profit is the most valuable & my favourite part of the partnership Cosway is offering pharmacists, because you get to keep your network profits forever (yes, even after you’ve decided you don’t wanna work as a Cosway pharmacist anymore). You can even pass this on to your children in the future (this can be their education insurance too, I’ll teach you how). This network profit will be your source of passive income and over time, you may find that your passive income from your network profit may far surpass your active income working as a pharmacist. You might then think “Why am I still working full time as a pharmacist? Might as well go travel the world or be a full time stay at home mum” It’s totally up to you how you wanna live your life, the important thing is, you are leveraging on other people to generate a stable income for you passively and this is so important if you wanna be financially free and live your life doing the things you love.

I’m a Malaysian pharmacist too and I’ve just quit my job and joined as a Cosway Pharmacist. I’ll be opening my eCosway Pharmacy five minutes away from my house and I’m so excited about all the free downlines I’ll be getting! You have no idea! I am passionate about generating multiple sources of passive income because I love being financially free and being able to do the things I love versus having to work for someone for the rest of my life just because I need the money to pay my bills and feed my family (I don’t want to be exchanging my time for money for the rest of my life). I wanna spend more time with my family and the people I love instead of spending most of my time at work.

If you feel the same as I do, and wanna know more about the Cosway Pharmacist partnership and how you can be part of it too (you must be a Malaysian registered pharmacist to qualify though), please feel free to send me an email at pharmacistjobsinmalaysia@ gmail.com (You can also send in your resume here, I’ll send you the application form to fill up and I’ll submit it to Cosway headquarters for you)

You’ve got nothing to lose! The more pharmacists opening retail pharmacies in Malaysia, the quicker the government is able to implement Dispensing Separation giving us our rightful dispensing rights. Cosway is bearing all the risk for us as they are the ones investing all the money into opening the pharmacy store. They are even guaranteeing our monthly income to make sure we won’t earn less than what we are previously earning. If we were to open an independent pharmacy on our own, we would have to absorb any losses every month (if any). No one else will guarantee our income and give us 50% profit sharing plus build our network for us.

I can explain the whole scheme and concept to you in detail and answer any questions you may have (I’m sure you’ll have lots of questions because I did too when I first joined). Plus I’d be more than happy to share my personal experience and advice in going through the process of opening the eCosway Pharmacy store. (I’ll share with you some insider secrets that will benefit you later on that most Cosway business owners won’t tell you). I’ll share with you with all honesty, the pros and cons of joining as a Cosway pharmacist. The con being the long official opening hours of 6 days a week, 12 hours per day (however, I have a solution to that and you don’t actually need to stay in your shop that long! Enjoy your life!) There’s also even better news recently…with the new PRP placement scheme (which has not been finalised yet), there will be 2 PRPs and 1 FRP per pharmacy, making a total of 3 pharmacists per pharmacy!

P/S: If you haven’t gotten a copy of the Cosway Pharmacy Slides and Cosway Pharmacist Application Form yet, just send me an email at pharmacistjobsinmalaysia@gmail.com. I can forward you a copy and also help submit your application form for you.
For the latest updates on Cosway Pharmacy, kindly ”Like” the Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/CoswayPharmacyForMalaysianPharmacists
You can also visit http://coswayfarmasipharmacist.com to see photos of the Cosway Farmasi in Berjaya Times Square
I’ll be looking forward to your email…take care and have a nice day!
*Work to make a success of yourself, instead of just making your boss rich :P *

P/S: For the attention of certain Cosway BOs (you know who you are), I’ve had many instances of you all copying my writings and I will not tolerate plagiarism. Please delete whatever you have copied from me or I will not hesitate to lodge an official complaint to Cosway Headquarters. Also, please stop misleading pharmacists and using dirty tactics to recruit pharmacists. Such as signing up the pharmacist and paying the RM100 for them without their consent or knowledge. I’m sure many of you out there are honest and ethical with a good conscience. I truly hope you all will operate ethically in the future.
